The student should forward this to the Scholarship Chair, by mail, or to his or her program director for forwarding. The forwarding address of the Scholarship Chairman for 2008 is: Kathryn Wilson, IUPUI McNair Scholars Program Director, University Library, UL 1140, 755 West Michigan Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
