McNair Scholars Program

Undergraduate research opportunities are offered to low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students who want to pursue a Ph.D. and seek careers in research and teaching in higher education. The program is open to all disciplines that offer the Ph.D. as the terminal degree.

Multidisciplinary undergraduate research institute (MURI)

This IUPUI program funds inter/multidisciplinary undergraduate research projects in any discipline for a semester or over the summer. Students or student groups can submit proposals through a faculty member or researcher who agrees to sponsor the research.
